Action |

Yohimbine
is an indolalkylamine alkaloid that acts primarily by blocking central alpha-2
adrenoreceptors that are stimulated by Xylazine. It completely blocks and
antagonizes central nervous system depression or sedation and the bradycardia
and respiratory depression caused by Xylazine. |

For the reversal of Xylazine-based sedation and anaesthesia in Deer and Dogs. |

|
It is contraindicated in
Cardiovascular, Renal or Hepatic disorders. |

Intravenous Injection only 0.25 ml. per 10 kg. Body. |
